Projects delivered are varied and wide ranging, and include setting up a greenfield office capable of accommodating up to 1200 staff, covering installing all IT infrastructure including networking equipment, server hardware, a mobile cellular solution, relocating 600 staff in phase 1, and a further 250 in phase 2 for prestige London based Advertising and Media companies.
Managing the IT side of a 650 user, 5 floor office refit and upgrade. Working with a Partner company we able to refresh the entire building with minimal disruption and downtime to the end users. This also afforded the Client the opportunity to upgrade networking equipment and systems with no added impact to the end users.
An Active Directory consolidation reducing from many domains and workgroups to a single Active Directory. Required removing a number of domain controllers, security and user groups, also decommissioning over 200 servers, joining almost 5500 computers to the single domain, increasing security options available, easing management and maintenance

Consulted with the Client to manage the delivery of a specification document for the UK Government's Smart Metering Project within a very short timeline.. Working with 5 Global partners across 4 countries and timezones to re-write the baseline and out of date ICHIS document to enable global suppliers to manufacture either energy meters or smart-hubs to the correct specification for successful interoperability
